2. Water 200F
3. Pour 800 grams of water
4. Wait 3 minutes
5. Fold the grounds over with a spoon.
6. Wait another 2 minutes or more, then press

• 225g water (light roast 93c-96c, American light 90c-93c)

Brewing

1. 0:00 -> 45g water (45g triple coffee weight)
2. 0:30 -> 45g water (90g total)
3. 1:00 -> rest of water to 225g
